Under general supervision of the Sales Manager-HCI, develop and obtain additional sales business with new and existing customers (OEMs) in assigned sales area, provide after-sales service support to assigned customer base, and assist in strategic planning of HCI sales growth efforts. May include frequent travel within China, and at times other parts of Asia, to USA, or other locations as required.
? Develop new sales opportunities for HCI/ HUS and project management in assigned sales territory.
? Meet or exceed annual targets for sales, margins, market share, or other criteria as
established by Sales Manager.
? Service accounts on with regular visits or contact with new and existing customers in assigned sales area. Assist, where appropriate, Sales Manager with other visits as designated.
? Provides customer with initial drawings, technical information, quotations.
? Coordinates work between HUS engineering, HUS/HCI production, accounting,
quality and customer, where appropriate.
? Maintains appropriate records for reports and sales analysis as required by Sales Manager.
? First line of contact for customer problem resolution.
? May become involved in product engineering aspects of sales process, depending on background and experience.
? May prepare other documents or records, attend required meetings, assist other
? departments on projects, other work as assigned by Sales Manager.
? University degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
? More than 5 years sales experience with multi-national company, must in hydraulics application industry .
? Knowledge of hydraulics and control systems is must.
? Proficient in oral and written English.
? Good communication skills and able to work with minimum supervision.
? Willing and able to travel frequently.
? Must posses strong work ethic, be self-motivated, organized, and have the ability to interact with people at all levels in the organization.
? Proficient in computer use.
