| DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage the IT policy of the company in the fields of systems for commercial, operational and accounting teams;- Implement solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of the processes;- Set up solutions in the field of telecommunications to increase the capacities of development of the company and the business proficiency;- Respect the company and affiliates'security rules to protect the company from any hacking attack or frauds on database for instance;- Provide to the company all the necessary IT equipments for the well doing of the activity in accordance with the budget framework of the company;- Prepare and submit to the management clear provider proposals and/or tenders in the fields of hardware and software acquisitions;- Contribute to provide the best solutions for the company call center in order to have permanently efficient and competitive operational tools;- Follow up and coordinate the recruitment and human resources policy for the department. | |||||
