主要工作职责：
1, 协助质量部经理完成质量目标 ；
2,使用和操作与质量检验相关的检测设备；
3,按照检验指导书和检验规范，负责OEM 供应商货物出厂的质量计量和检验并承担相应责任；
4,制止不符合质量要求的产品出厂
5, 完成上级领导交付的其它相关事宜
任职资格:
1,大专以上文化程度,理工专业毕业,两年以上工作经验；
2,有生产制造工作经验，熟悉ISO9001质量体系；
3,熟悉产品生产的工艺过程，掌握产品制作的各项标准；
4,具有良好的质量检验操作技能和安全操作技能和经验；
5,熟悉掌握统计方法技术及应用步骤；
6,具有现场解决问题的能力和良好的团队合作精神；
7,身体健康，适合多次出差（永康，金华，东阳，余姚）；
8, 熟悉机械制图，有基本的ISO知识
9, 态度端正，有良好的沟通协调能力
10,按时填写质量报告。
11,熟悉公司的产品及产品图纸，能够使用测量工具
12,良好地英文读图,CAD制图. 、熟练OFFICE电脑软件
13、必须具有精密铸造行业的相关工作经验
BASIC PURPOSE AND PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES Under general supervision and using predetermined methods and procedures, performs a wide range of inspection operations to ensure quality levels at final and at various stages of Assembly and Process production of Company products. Maintains logs of inspection activities, and prepares reports.
Responsibilities: Based on the PO-s, and together with the logistics
coordinator, prepare the spread sheets for quality inspections and
shipments, in order to make sure the dock date is fulfilled.
1. Visually inspects Company products at various stages of production for
conformance to specifications and overall adherence to standards.
2. Performs dimensional checks of plaster castings of forge and coining
dies.
3. Defines discrepancies, documents, and if appropriate, recommends
approaches for resolution.
4. Prepares certifications and other documents for inclusion with product
for shipment to customer.
5. Prepares inspection reports, material discrepancy reports, as well as
first article and any reports or information used in documenting,
tracking or addressing numerous issues and activities associated with
inspection.
6. Recommends procedures or techniques to institute quality
improvements.
7. Generally, must be able to conduct Receiving Inspection, In-process
Inspection and support or conduct Final Inspection activities as
necessary and as required in published in procedures.

8、Must have a precision casting industry, relevant work experience

WORKING CONDITIONS
Works in a factory environment and may be exposed to dirt, heat, grit,
fumes,
chemical cleaning material and dust.
Duties and responsibilities performed normally do require special physical requirements including considerable bending, stooping, squatting and
crawling.
Must wear all required safety equipment.
