职位描述: Job Summary Personal Financial Services Officer (PFSO) for retail individual banking is to provide high level of personal services to the bank’s customers and to maximize the sales of individual banking to help towards making SG the best retail bank in China. Main Responsibilities ·To maximize the sales of the bank’s products, and to meet/exceed specific targets where appropriate; ·To hand over customer relationship properly to their CRMs; ·To provide excellent customer services to clients and make sure all enquiries and complaints are accurately and effectively resolved to the satisfaction of customers; ·To maintain a high standard of appearance of the sales location and of the sales staff; ·To be able to prepare and submit daily or weekly reports to the Head of Direct Sales. ·To comply with local regulation and internal procedures.
