Key Job Responsibilities主要职责：
- 中国指定地区市场的开发、管理与维护； - 以总部的销售指标为目标，根据各市场特点，制定渠道拓展，经销商管理及销售计划并实施完成； - 根据公司的要求，组织市场活动，并提报市场运作方案； - 对于销售团队的管理和培训，制定相应的销售业绩指标与绩效考核指标，并管理指导销售团队的日常工作及报告； - 收集市场和竞品的信息，制作市场、竞品及客户状况的周度、月度、季度及年度报告及其相应销售业绩报告； - 与经销商、大客户建立良好的关系网络； - 对于应收帐款的催收及费用的管控。 Qualifications任职资格：
- 年龄30-36岁，大专以上学历， - 3年以上高价位、新品牌拓展经验； - 5年以上快速消费品行业相关工作经验； - 3年以上团队管理经验； - 有深度分销及操作监控多种渠道工作经验； - 事业心强；良好的沟通谈判能力，优秀的学习能力； - 能承受较大的工作压力，市场洞察力强； - 有创造性，注重结果；具有选准目标市场及渠道，迅速导入产品的能力； - 有打火机行业及直销经验者优先。 |
