For building up our Sales Department in Beijing we are looking for an: Sales Manager Reporting to the Managing Director of PAE Design Talent you are mainly responsible for driving Sales and building up strategic business partners. The main responsibility is to acquire clients and business for our Partner Porsche Design and PAE Design Talent Furthermore: - We need an expert in acquiring and executing Sales - You will built up a sales team on an international level in China - You'll take charge of the strategic sales approach for PAE Design Talent - You will implement new and optimise the existing internal Sales Processes. Since our products are very unique, you need to be emphatic, proactive, and you need to be able to convince clients to create budgets for opportunities that they often didn't know even existed. The ideal candidate for this position will bring with them the following:?? -A few years of sales experience in service related sales function, preferably with international B2B exposure. Sales experience in the creative area will be a big asset. -A track record for closing major deals -Your Chinese needs to be flawless, your English excellent. German would be a bonus. Most important for us: We are a fun, special and personal little team. So we need to like you. Your salary consists of a basic part, concentrating on commission upon closing deals.
