Experience:

1.At least five years post qualification experience

2.Years experience in foreign invested enterprise preferred

3.Detailed experience of production planning ,batch/flow assembly,JITand inventory control

4.Experienced with the concepts and practice of Material Requirements Planning

5Experience of managing staff to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets

6Experience of negotiating with suppliers and government departments

7.Experience with work study and methods analysis

8.Experience of preparation and monitoring of budgets

Qualifications:

1.Should be Graduate Engineer

2.Must have good spoken and written English

3. Familiar with ISO9000requirment

4.Familiar with plastic moulding

Pesponsibilities

1. Help to ensure the instructions of the UK Company and General Manager are carried out and through, and the achievement of daily/weekly/monthly targets

2.Responsible for the mass production of new products and products transfer

3.Plan & arrange production capacity; improve production efficiency & quality & delivery performance

4. dealing with some issues of customer complaints, and take corrective action

6.Liaise with suppliers/subcontractors and responsible for the management of supplier/subcontractor system

7.Liaise with local government official, including the Fire Department, China Customs, Commercial & Industrial Administration, Bureau of Labour as required, and keep the good relationship; ensure all for factory running conforms to the regulations and law of PRC

8.Recruitent and control manpower levels to meet production requirments

9.Perform any other duties as required.
